We offer three convenient shipping methods for MichaelKors.com online orders: (1) Standard Ground Shipping, (2) 2-Day Delivery, and (3) Next-Day Delivery. Delivery times for jewelry pieces requiring engraving may be delayed for additional processing time.

Multiple Shipments

Due to varying item availability, multiple items in a single order may be shipped separately.  If you have chosen an expedited shipping method, each individual shipment may have a separate charge, but the total shipping charges for all shipments should not exceed the applicable flat-rate shipping charge for the entire order. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number.

Special Items

Some perfumes and makeup are treated as Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Accordingly, these HAZMAT items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or APO/FPO addresses.

Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to ship items made of exotic skins to California.

Engraved jewelry pieces require additional time for customization. Expedited shipping may be applied after the required processing time.

Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com E-Gift Cards are delivered via email only, typically on the same day of purchase, and are ready to use within 24 hours. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable email address.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We ship merchandise ordered on Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Guam and to APO/FPO boxes. We currently do not ship internationally.

Do you ship orders to multiple addresses?

We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

Can I buy online and pickup in a store?

Select items are available to buy online and pickup in a store. You can check store availability from our product pages by selecting the "Pick Up in Store" option. If you have allowed the site to identify your location, we will show the availability of your product selection in nearby stores. If you have not allowed the site to identify your current location, you may enter a city, state and Zip code to find nearby stores.

  • This service is being provided free of charge.

  • Typically, items will be ready for pickup within approximately 3 hours of placing the order.

  • You will receive an email alerting you when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Customers utilizing our Buy Online Pick Up In Store program must place their order at least 3 hours prior to a store’s closing for the order to be available the same day.

    • Orders placed after this window might not be available for pickup until the next business day.

  • Orders will be held for 3 days from when placed before being canceled.

  • A valid driver’s license or government issued ID must be present and displayed to the pickup store as validation before your order will be released.

  • Orders may contain both items shipping to an address as well as being picked up in a store. Multiple pickup locations are allowed but only one “ship to” location is permitted per order.

  • You will be charged at the time you pick up your order at the designated store.

  • Items that have been personalized or customized with monogramming or engraving will not be eligible for store pickup.

  • All orders that meet our returns requirements can be returned to any Michael Kors full-price retail location in the United States free of charge, subject to the applicable Returns & Exchange Policy.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com, you cannot make changes. Please place a new order for the correct size or color and return the order with the wrong size or color.

What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return or exchange the purchase?

You have two options for returning merchandise purchased online: by mail or in store. All returns of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

Returns:

Option 1: By Mail

  1. To return by mail, please follow these instructions:

  2. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.

  3. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.

  4. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.

  5. For purchases made on MichaelKors.com, mail your return package at any US Postal Service office, drop box, residential mailbox, or visit USPS.com to schedule a free pick up. For purchases made on MichaelKors.ca, mail your return package with its pre-paid return label at any Canada Post location.

  6. For items that were bought online and picked up in a store, email our Customer Service department at CustomerService@ROSNERCARNEGIE.com

Option 2: In Store

You can return items purchased at Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com in any Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com full price retail location in the United States. 

Exchanges:

All exchanges of online orders must occur within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.

You can exchange items purchased at MichaelKors.com in any Michael Kors full price retail location in the United States. You will need to present your packing slip at the time of exchange. Exchanges cannot be facilitated by mail. Exchanges are subject to inventory available in the store you visit.

NOTE: Eligible merchandise purchased on Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com using PayPal may be returned in-store for a Merchandise Credit only, no exchanges.

The above in-store return and exchange policies also apply to orders that were bought online and picked up in a store.

Can I return items purchased on sale?

All swimwear, underwear, altered or custom-made merchandise and sale items are considered Final Sale.

Can I return jewelry items that have been engraved?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of engraved or customized items at any time. All personalized merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, engraved jewelry and Clearance items are considered Final Sale.

What will it cost me to make a return?

Your order will arrive with a prepaid shipping label, which can be used to return the merchandise at no additional costs. Mail your return package at any US Postal Service office, drop box, residential mailbox, or visit USPS.com to schedule a free pick up.

Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If you are using both a Gift Card and a credit card to pay for an order, the full Gift Card value will be deducted first, and then the balance will be paid using your credit card.  For online returns only, if you are returning any item that was in whole or in part paid for using a Gift Card, the amount contributed to the payment via Gift Card will be credited to you via a new E-Gift Card.

How long does it take to process my return?

It takes 2-3 business days to process your return from the time we receive it. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment in which it was received. The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

If I give a gift to someone, can that person return it or exchange it for something else?

Gifts can be returned by mail or returned or exchanged in store when accompanied by the gift receipt or original packing slip. To return by mail, please email customer service to obtain a prepaid shipping label at CustomerService@ROSNERCARNEGIE.com. For merchandise returned with a gift receipt only, you will receive a merchandise credit that will be issued in the form of a Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com E-Gift Card (if you return by mail) or a Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com Gift Card (if you return in store). Engraved and customized jewelry items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Will my order be taxed?

Sales tax is calculated based on the laws of the state to which you are shipping your order, and depends on whether there is a Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com retail store location (but not a wholesale presence) in that particular state. Typically, sales tax displayed during checkout is estimated until the order has shipped. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards, but items paid for with gift cards are subject to taxation.

How do I know which jewelry pieces can be engraved and customized?

If a jewelry item can be customized, it will display an “Engrave It” option on the product page. From there, you will be directed to our configurator where you can customize your message and select your type style and placement. Depending upon the surface area of your jewelry item, you will be able to add up to 20 characters, including spaces.

Can I change the engraving I added to an item?

WEARING

Rhodium and vermeil plating can help to protect against tarnishing. However, regular wear and exposure to dust, perspiration, household cleaning products, cosmetics, sunlight, extreme heat and other natural elements can dull the brilliance of gemstones and precious metals over time. Use perfume, hair spray and other cosmetics prior to putting on your jewelry. Remove jewelry before washing hands, showering, exercising or sleeping.

Do not wear your jewelry in salted or chlorinated water. Most natural gemstones have been subject to an enhancement process or treatment (e.g. heating, oiling, diffusion, waxing, etc.), which may not be permanent and may require special care. See care instructions below. Never expose gemstones to hot water or chemicals. Avoid wearing jewelry during rigorous activity where excessive friction and contact with hard surfaces is possible, as this may cause permanent scratches or damage. Examine all fastenings and settings regularly to ensure they are secure and in working order to avoid scratches, dents or loss of stones or entire jewelry.

CLEANING

Wipe with the soft buffing cloth provided with your jewelry to maintain its brilliance. Generally, treated gemstone jewelry should only be gently cleaned by rinsing in warm water and dried with a soft cloth. We do not recommend using ultrasonic cleaners due to the delicate nature of gemstones. In between wear, we recommend storing your jewelry in a clean, dry place, such as the pouch that the product comes in.

STORING

Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place away from natural sunlight and heat. The Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com care pouch included with your jewelry will protect against scratching and tarnishing.

Stones are a natural product, therefore there may be some variation in color, shade, and opacity, which is its inherent property. How do I determine my CARNEGIEVIP status?

Your CARNEGIEVIP status is based on how many points you earn in a calendar year.

  • STUDIO: 0–2,999 Program Points

  • BACKSTAGE: 3,000-5,999 Program Points

  • RUNWAY: 6,000-14,999 Program Points

  • RED CARPET: 15,000+ Program Points

How do I earn points?

There are currently four (4) ways to earn points:

1. Make a purchase! Every dollar you spend on an eligible purchase (excluding amounts spent on tax; purchases of gift cards; and any services, such as gift wrapping) earns you 10 points. *$1=10 points

2. Sign up for the CARNEGIEVIP program → earn 100 Points (limited to 1 x per lifetime per account).

3. Add an item to your wish list on www.ROSNERCARNEGIE.com or via the CARNEGIEVIP app → earn 10 points per item (limited to 10 items per year per account).

4. Submit a rating and review on www.ROSNERCARNEGIE.com or via the CARNEGIEVIP app → earn 50 points per rating and review (limited to 5 ratings and reviews per year per account).

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points accumulate for an entire calendar year and reset back to zero on January 1. For example, if you enroll in 2018, any points you earn will expire and reset on January 1, 2019 (and every subsequent January 1).

Does my status expire?

While points reset at the end of a calendar year, you can keep your status for the remainder of the calendar year in which it was earned PLUS a full calendar year after! In order to maintain your status going forward, you must accumulate at least the minimum point balance needed, or else you will fall to a lower status at the end of that next year.

EX: In 2018, you enroll and earn 6,000 points, making you Runway status. On January 1, 2019, your points will reset to zero. Although you won’t yet have any points for 2019 you will still get to enjoy the benefits of the Runway status for the duration of 2019. If, in 2019, you only earn 4,000 points, you will drop to Backstage status in 2020 until you accrue additional points to get back to Runway status.

Can I combine my points from multiple accounts?

We encourage CARNEGIEVIP members to use a single email address and account for all transactions to ensure you receive points toward your KORSVIP tier status. In the event that you need to combine accounts, please email Customer Service at CustomerService@ROSNERCARNEGIE.com.

Can I earn points from buying ROSNER CARNEGIE products in a Wholesale or Outlet Store?

At this time you can earn points for purchases made only in a full-price Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com, or via our CARNEGIEVIP app. You cannot currently earn CARNEGIEVIP points for any purchases made in a Rosner Carnegie Haute Couture / ROSNERCARNEGIE.com outlet store, or from any department store, specialty store, off-price retailer or any other wholesale retailer.

What happens when I make a return?

If you make a return, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your CARNEGIEVIP account.

How do I receive my birthday reward?

If your CARNEGIEVIP account includes your birthday, and you have achieved Backstage status or above, you are eligible for an annual birthday reward. Approximately two weeks before your birthday you will receive an email with a special birthday reward. Redemption instructions, as well as any other applicable terms and conditions, will be provided in the email. What is the annual member gift? How and when can I receive it?

Annual gifts will be given to eligible members who have reached or maintained Backstage, Runway or Red Carpet statuses only. Studio members do not receive an annual gift. Members eligible for the annual gift will be notified when their gift is ready by email, online and in the app when their gift is ready to be redeemed, along with instructions for redemption. Annual gifts are subject to availability, while supplies last. Michael Kors reserves the right to substitute the annual gift for another item of equal or greater value, in its discretion. Annual gifts cannot be returned or exchanged, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

How do I arrange a private styling appointment?

If you are member of CARNEGIEVIP, that makes you eligible for a free private styling appointment, our in-store stylists would be happy to help you make your arrangements.
